Problems connecting.

I'm having the exact same problem.
When I try to connect to non-full server(by "connect to ip" or from the server list) it shows the box "connecting"(the loading screen does't show) and then returns back to the multiplayer menu and says "updating server list" (no error message) but when I try to connect to a full server, I get the "server is full" message. Everything worked fine a few hours ago... A friend who is using the same ISP is having the same problem, so maybe some magic port is blocked or something?

The problem solved itself... Evertyhing works ok after the weekend! Very strange.
