Have fun and listen to any veteran Infantry Marines over there you might meet. I spent my time over there and experienced urbanwarfare at it's worst. I spend most of my time near the Syrian border. Good luck, god speed and Semper Fi!!

If you want tips or ideas on what you'll need, PM me and I'll send you some links that have tips from everyone thats been in Iraq or Afghan. Here is a very very very important tip!!!! ALWAYS WATCH YOUR SURROUNDS!! LOOK FOR ANYTHING, MISSING SIGNS, A CAR THAT WAS NEVER THERE ETC...... My unit took the same route every day for supplies and someone noticed a sign that wasn't there the day before. We sent in some engineers and they found explosives packed with metal balls and the sign was angled at the road. They figured when the bomb went off, the sign would hit a humvee at about head level. Stay safe!!

I am about to go to Iraq and was wondering if this game will still be active after I get back in June? I am still a NOOB but damn it's fun and I would hate to come back and find that no one is playing any more.
