I have 1.5 gig ram + pagefiles deactivated

I'm not 100% sure I know what a pagefile is...I think it has to do with virtual memory. I have three questions then:
1- What are pagefiles exactly
2- How do you disable pagefiles
3- Would I even want to disable pagefiles?

Simple answer: Yes.

AGP Aperature size in BIOS.
Crank it up to equal the amount of memory on your vid card. I just did this with my box and its now MUCH better. I have a GeForce 6800GT 256MB DDR3 vid card and the AGP Aperature is now at 256MB instead of the default 64MB. WORLD of difference.
