I have 10mbits per second and the cost is about 24£ a month
i can update it to 100mbit per sec 4 the cost is about 70£ a month, but i see no reason 4 that

the reason 4 "about" cost is because the cost is in swedish krona and transferd in to pounds its "about" that

The highest speed Adelphia offers is 6000/768K. I hope you aren't refering to the little network Icon's speed in the task bar of your computer. That's just between your comp and the modem/router/switch.
i dont pay attention to the icon speed. i actually turned tht off. i live VERY CLOSE to the signal and i get a higher speed than my friends and in the whole town. LMFAO. SCORE! but when every1 is on, i run about NxT1 line. or more. but late at nite.... around 11pm or over, tht is when i get really good speed until the 10am hour. i am happy for my speed for 50 bucks a month. i sleep around midnight and wake up at noon lol. (summer vacation).
