This happens to me sometimes too. The important thing though is that it happens to everyone on the server at the same time, so IMHO, it's not a problem that you have but the server.

I'm not 100% sure that what I'm getting is server side. Mainly because after a spike, I'll often come out of it to find I have been shot/knifed/nuked and then spat upon by some guy who apparently doesnt suffer from the problem. Its hard to tell though but it does seem like something on my end.

I'm getting this alot now. Connection to server has been lost after each map change. wth is the deal. my pb is up to date and its not my fw or anything. it started now after I got all my weapons unlocked and is still continuing after everything is back to normal. happend 8 out of 10 times now on each map change. sucks

what worked for me mentioned by someone else (C60.Airborne) was to disable in BIOS all unused onboard LAN/network cards.

when you d/l pbweb.exe, run it, a DOS window opens, it takes a few mins, it shows it is downloading stuff, then when finished it says 'press a key to finish', if this is what happens, it worked.

This keeps happening to me. I have a wireless connection and my computer is brand new. Is it just my connection or could it be somthing else?
