hehe u can see em urself on zatar wetlands...
in an heli, or aircraft, it is near the mec mainbase, next to the first takable base..

One other thing I noticed in game last night. Sharqi has a golf course. You really only notice it from the air. Makes sense considering the northermost MEC noncap is named the Club House.
