Being the commander is a lot of fun and quite challenging. Like you said, having a competent squad(s) that actually listens makes it all worth while. Good tip about the supply crates repairing your stuff. I saw them next to the MEC artillery and now I know why! I also enjoy being in a good squad with VoIP.
