Has anyone heard anything about the new map since beta testing ended for Tampa? Just curious... BF2 Tampa is alot of fun (except for the jet-gods).

yes actually they did there are no servers anymore well atleast for me oh well im gonna pwn myself in highway tampa anyway.

Yeah, I've played the beta before but got so sick of the server crashes that i reverted back. Highway tampa was the first map i played on this game oh so long ago.....was actually back in like march i think.

Beta 2 is still running, just not that many servers up

I thought they said Beta 2 was definitely over and done with on Oct. 10? Did I read wrong, or did they change their minds?

Honestly I probably wouldn't expect the full patch for a while yet, but i'd rather they make sure they iron out any issues before they push it out.

i loved highway tampa but i wish EA will get off their backside and create an offical patch for the game so we dont have to sit around wid hardly any servers in a BETA patch.

Oh yeah, its a definate possiblity on this map. I actually might know of a few good spots to test. For testing purposes anyways a good spot would be on top of one of the towers on silo 4, i think, the one in the middle. should have decent range in any direction from there.
