Hey, I bought this game from ebay a week and a half ago and when I tried to play online it wouldn't let me, something to do with CD key being used.

I contacted the seller who haven't replied to my emails so now i'm wondering what I can do?

you'll have to buy a new key, thats one of the problems of buying games over eBay as the cd-key has more than likely already been used.

now where to get the key i dont know i did have a website but its been "down for maintenence" since the 10th,

If the game is used, then it is worthless without his account.
For all you know he could still be playing the game, it can be done without the CD in the drive.

Cant you report him to eBay for fraud?

hmm a new cd-key costs $28.45 usd so intotal you might be cheaper than if you bought the game in a store lol
