whats the best way to fire stock lmgs and also the ganz

is it tap or spam??

a certain player owns pretty hard with the ganz and he seems to kill me in around 3 shots really quickly but he doesnt spam

just need some advice as im playing support with no unlocks in a clan match in about 45 mins and i suck with lmgs im more of a clarker ^^

i usually hold the trigger when i go crough. don't move as then will nearly all the bullets miss. stop moving aim and hold trigger.

When at short range just hold the left mouse.

Also the LMG get more accurate when fired long, so do whatever you like. But in a Titan corridor i just hold it.

Personally I spam bullets at the head if I'm up close range and tap in longer distances. Always aim at the head when I think again :p Don't move either.

Eh..bursting is always the best at anything over 20 meters.

You need to not move and shoot with the support guns. Give time for the cross hairs to align, so your bullets will be more accurate, then shoot in bursts...

did the tips help jump? either way we owned em up lolz. I tend to just spray with LMGS and seem to go well on pubs servers when i use them. You've just got to make sure your cone of fire or whatever is small by not moving before you engage in combat.

yeah i know enough not to move while shooting and i almost always crouch before i fire its just i dont know whether to spam or tap

crusader owns hard with the ganz and he doesnt seem to spam its crazy how quick he can kill you with it

but yea we still owned em hard but i got owned most of the time in closequarters with the lmg

never aim for the body and such its either the head or between the legs where there is no armor and usually takes 1 zeller hit or 4 hits from a distance with a well aimed lmg shot otherwise just spray and pray.

Bursts for anything other than point-blank. If you're fast with crouching and pointing, yeah, Ganz will tear it up. I don't crouch so fast all the time, and die because of it. I like the LMG's again in the 1.4 patch. They aren't as good as pre-1.25 "uber-leetness" but they aren't "teh suxor" either. They're a nice middle ground, and handier for running and gunning than the Ganz.

i aim for center mass with the LMG's and SMG's. AR's and snipers i go for the head, and i never go full auto unless its face to face.

For Ganz, recoil is heavy so better shoot short bursts if you want to keep aiming, in the head or legs. You should also "pull" the mouse a little downwards just as the gun fires, so that recoil is limited.

Burst shooting is only good for suppressive (pin down a hidden enemy) or cover fire (wide-angle), or if your enemy is really close and has a faster weapons, like Voss.

For stock LMG same rules apply, only the weapon has smaller recoil and damage-per-bullet factor, but rate of fire is slightly better. If you get good with Ganz, LMG has no advantage.

It depends really. If people have a lock on me and start shooting, I'll hide unless I think I can kill them from a distance. If we're at a close enough distance I'll run and dive behind them and then shoot them. That way I get the first shot(pretty much) and get to unload some bullets in there back while they turn around which is a vulnerable spot. Also, they are going to stop firing while they look for you most of the time, so you''l have a good half of second maybe longer if they turn and can't find you immediately to shoot and kill.

Tap or shoot. Tap, unless close. Sometimes without scope because you just don't have the time. and the tap(for the LMGs) is hold, then let got for about .25 of a second then hold again for about a second or so. maybe a little less.
