Unique Crash Issue.

I can load up the game, and join a map on the net, or host a singleplayer one.

It loads the map, but the moment i am able to click "join" in the bottom right after it loads, the game crashes. In both singleplayer and multiplayer.

I have windows vista 32 bit.

AMD Dual Core 64bit 5000+
4GB DDR2 Ram
8800GTX 768MBvideo card
on board sound

I just updated all the latest drivers, which hasnt fixed the issue.

I run the beta version of the game (1.40 or something)

I updated to this as i was getting the same error in 1.25

can anyone help?

i had that some time ago. a reinstal did work.
