I can ensure you, nay, swear to you, that Eklipz founded the company with a sincere wish to provide quality training to gamers everywhere. It wasn't to rip people off, it wasn't to make easy money; if that were the case, we'd take more than 30% of the ~20$ profits. If you wish to test this, please feel free to e-mail me, and I'll set you up with a personal discussion with Eklipz on ventrilo, IRC, Xfire, etc. and I can ensure that you will quickly realize that he's in this for the right reasons.

Second of all, that's definitely true, a good amount of the fun of playing video games comes from discovering the little niches, techniques, etc. by your self. I don't doubt this. It's the same as sports, though. If you want to learn how to hit a baseball on your own, through hours, days, weeks, years of trial and error, go right ahead; I won't stop you. If you want to get a Cincinnati Reds player to come in and show you how to swing, where to swing, when to swing, when to bunt, what kind of posture is best, where to put the bat before swinging, etc. There's nothing wrong with that either, in fact, it's what a vast majority of people do, because it's much easier, and allows you to learn more things afterwards.

Again, training isn't for everybody. If you value self-teaching, kudos. We're trying to appeal to those that really want to be better players, want to try out the service, and see if it's right for them, but most importantly, we want to appeal to the people that aspire to be professional gamers themselves, or just people that want to learn more about the games they spend hours and hours playing. It's all about motivation, and I respect that.

That was my first thought too, but I checked other total sites when he first posted, and it only appears to be posted here.
So it doesn't fit the classical definition of spam.

I cant find anything in the forum rules against ads, and this could be said to be relevant.

These sort of things take away the fun from games.
