I am running on windows vista and the game runs fine, last night I updated the system and installed an nvidia patch, today I start the game up and there are big black gaps to the left and right of the screen, with a thin red line on the right side, all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using a wide screen monitor?

Video Driver

Roll back the nvidia update to see if it the cause of the problem. Are you using the latest certified driver or a beta ?
