everything is updated and whatnot... and ive tried multiple maps/ characters... but when i start a map i am able to play without error for about 25-40 seconds before the message "There is a Problem With Your Connection" is displayed and then my connection to the map is lost

I am having the same think on windows xp and vista. I hav enot had a solution to this problem but mine usually happens right when I join the server and its becoming to P*** me off but its no not my computer/ router, modem because its all brand new and its not my internet. so anybody have a solution to this problem plz post because there is alot of people with this problem.
