I say they release another one but not after about 6, 7 months. Battlefield 2 got a few patches after 2142 came out.

It was great in the beginning when it felt like DICE actually cared about fixing the game and would make announcements every few weeks

Releasing it for the first anniversary would have been nice but the main priority is making sure it's a solid patch. We appreciate the patience on this one guys and realise it's taking a while, that's largely due to a number of fixes and improvements that proved difficult (but worthwhile) to implement. As soon as there's an update about 1.4 you'll hear from us, we're continuing to work on it.
