2 probelms

1) whats the blody new patch, 1.25 has 6 servers and 1.4 beta has 6, 1.4 beta 2 also has 6

2)intel P 4 3.06GHZ hyperthread
2 gig of ram
nvidia 7600gs 128 bit 512MB DDR
seagate 7200 80gig

on every setting my game is a slide show sometimes, especially on 64 serervs, i cant go on titan, its like sum1 has piked it up and is shaking it whilst im on it. its too laggy, same with outside, just oo lagyy, whats the F****** problem. please i need help, i feel like giving up on this game!

The patch you should be using is 1.25.
And there are certainly more than six servers running it, so try clearing your filter settings.

Titan maps are not really intended for more than 48 players, and with an older card like yours even that might be a problem.

Try smaller maps.

I play on medium settings and I have a worse GFX card that you ^^ Maybe you have a way too big resolution or really cranked up sound settings.

Also only 6 servers showing is kinda weird. Try looking through the filters as Vreki said.

wait...7600 Owns BF2142.....at least mine does. I play with BF2142 maxed out with a 256 mb 7600 and 2 gigs of ram and a 3.0 ghz proc @ 1024*768 i think something else may be at work here.

I dont think its your settings or hardware. Check your filters and try other servers. You should be seeing about 1,000 conquest/titan maps.

Ive played on servers that caused lag. Thats just how it is.

Make sure unnecessary programs are shutdown, including XFire. XFire causes lag.

You might also try a scandisk/defrag of your harddrive, especially if its been a while. Clear out your temp directories also, if you havent done that, then do the scandisk/defrag.
