Reminds me of when I played Everquest 1 years ago. There was an exercise bike in my room that had a timer. I had a quest that needed a rare drop ring from an ancient cyclops on an island (anyone remember what that was?) and the spawn time for the monster was 6 minutes (if I remember correctly).

I started just using the timer, then I started using the bike and cycling like mad until the next cyclops kill. I literally did lose many many pounds in weight over the next few weeks! (Ok I was pretty overweight to begin with). Stopped playing EQ1 later that year and put back on loads of weight.

So, there you go - don't give up computer games! It's bad for your health!

I keep weights by my desk for this very reason. Everyone remember the long, long load times for BF2 and earlier? Well those weights got used very frequently. Then, BF2142 came out with much faster load times and my exercise routine went the way of the dinosaur...

exercising would get in the way of my smoke breaks in between rounds. Besides, it would leave me no time to grab a beer from downstairs.

          I like the concept though.

yeah im pretty sure it's impossible to lose 26 kg in 6 days.. that's like 60 pounds.. So 10 pounds a day? You couldn't even lose 10 pounds a day by working out hard for 6 hours and then not eating.. Let alone doing 10 half a$$ed push ups(which im sure youre doing) every 45 minutes for 3 hours a day..

It's still pretty easy to tell...

I tried to pick really far-fetched numbers to make it obvious... I'll try harder next time lol.

                        Same here.

I go to the gym everyday... in two weeks I gained 5 pounds and can benchpress 170lbs, 20 more than before, along with increases on many other things. Pretty good since I only weight 114lbs.

Plus, at the gym girls can see my new-found muscles

Bah, I burn enough calories from my excessive ranting and pacing of impatient frustration between rounds

I recently had a one month excursion to Kazakhstan (The biggest country that nobody knows exists until Borat), and I lost like 10 lbs. I don't know that measurement in KGs, and I'm too lazy to convert it :p Anyway, I have recently been trying to GAIN weight.
