    Lagging with Vista.

    So here is my deal, I just installed Windows Vista Home Premium and it does not perform very well on 2142 as it does XP Home.

    Does anyone else have this problems and or tips on how to improve my FPS?

    It does not shutter or anything but it just lags.

    My specs are..

    8800 GTX

    Amd Athlon 4000+

    80 Gig Maxtor

    Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe Mobo

    520 Watt PSU

      yeh do what my mate did, downgrade back to wonderful XP

          Which drivers are you using, and what res?

          Have you tried turning AA down? (not that you should have to with a GTX!)
