While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Your RAM is damaged. I had such problem a couple month ago. Check your memory. My advise is MemTEST. Best prog. If you have 2 slot RAM you must start 2 MemTEST at the same time and run them together. But size of testing memory must be calculated excluding part used by Windows and other soft. Use Task Manager.
P.S.: DO NOT TRY TO RE-INSTALL WINDOWS !!!!!! YOU'LL HAVE MUCH MORE PROBLEMS !!!!!
