It's a minor bug, don't worry. Restart 2142 or wait a little bit. The servers are having troubles right now. -

I don't want comment on the way I react ...I have this issue before but now its defferent It's more than a week so now I have 86 points instead of 45,000 not the point more than the unlock guns that I dont have anymore...I want to know if there other players who has this same issue... screw you with your stupid moral comment ...It's my right to be mad at something an it doesn't mean that I am gonna break all odds jerk head...anyway thats simple I don't give a **** 'bout what you think!

As I see it there are two possible scenarios:
1. There is a problem with the EA stats server that is causing your stats to not be displayed.
2. Your stats have been wiped, if this were true you would have recieved an email to the address you registered your EA account/2142 account.
Either way Im sure it is just a waiting game. At most you could contact EA customer support.Comment

Is Rpghard your ingame name? I searched EA stats and found 2 players with the exact name, 1 is a private and the other a Lt Col.Comment

I understand your frustration. It would suck to lose all that work. However, if you are unable to get it all back, look at it as a challenge. I recently started a second soldier just to see if I could better my numbers. My second soldier's numbers are better and I've amassed nealy 9000 point in a pretty short time. Now, I play with them both. You'll be back with decent numbers in no time.
However, I'd keep hammering EA's customer service until you hear something. The only time I've ever heard someone getting wiped is after being caught cheating, hacking, etc. Since it doesn't sound like you did this, I'm sure the problem is on their side and it is something that can be resolved. Until then, hammer away with your new soldier and see if you can better your old numbers.Comment
