Its a bug, u can throw an EMP nade and it will go down, u just jump on it and u got an elevator

The exploit was when the SL would EMP the drone and stand on it... It would then continually rise into the sky...

They fixed that bug/exploit. What this guy is doing isn't a bug/exploit, because he isn't using it as a "stairway to heaven" as the bug became known...
