Scary hacks

I just played on a server with some hacker(s) on it
managed to be NOT on the list
A guy called XXX.xxxXXx for example managed to be NOT on the list, further on he/they did something with the commander, at the moment I pressed page up to be a commander the cheat pulled me out and I was no commander anymore(happends 3 x and there weas no other commander)
I left after I found out this is screwed

dont know that your screenie proves other than that there is a missing player on the nme team.

i don't even know what hacks allow you to do nowadays, although i often see weirdness with commander requests... might just be a bug?
