online mode problem !!!!!! urgent

hey guys please help me out! whenever i go to online server n start da game,da screen inside da game just keep flashing..i dunno why because da screen is fine when i play singlemode. Ive tried low, medium, n high video setting n it dnt seem to help dis problem. im using windows xp sp 2 with t1 connection so da problem must b da video or something right?? please guys help me out been looking for da solution for dis problem n couldnt find any T_T..oh yeah n my graphic card is GEFORCE go 7400
