bf2142.exe has stopped ( vista 64 - 8800gtx )

i get the error "bf2142.exe has stopped working" when i try and play bf2142 online.. i just got a new pc with vista 64 home premium. heres the rest of my specs -

cpu - e6750 @ 2.66ghz
vid card - EvGa 8800gtx
ram - 4 g ( 2x2g) gskill 800mhz

my vid driver is - 7.15.11.6344

i tried other drivers but this is the most stable and runs every other game fine.. even bf2.. but i keep getting errors in bf2142.. can anyone help me fix this?

It's a 2142 problem, loads of people have had it and its rumored that having 64 bit Vista doesn't really help :/

i turned off vista firewall and it seemed to fix my prob ...in case anyone has the same prob.
