    Screenshots at medium/low (56k warning)

Cause someone requested them, forgot who, anyways this is what the game looks like at med/low for all you with 8800s.

    Terrain at medium

    The ground, closer up

Dogtagger dagger, med textures, the text is blurred

Dagger in better light, don't worry Eze, the round hasn't started yet :p

"Clear!" *bzzzt* The defib doesn't look very good....

Inside one of those sniper towers, it's bright cause light is set on low

    2 drones, + Lambert

    Settings are:
    1024x768
    Texture, geometry, terrain on medium
Lighting, effects, texture filtering on low
Dyn light, dyn shadows, enhanced lighting are off
    AA is off

My FPS usually averages about 30-35 in most conditions.

No, they're supposed to show what the game looks like on lower graphics. Dorran has some screens with all high in his threads.

Just sit farther away from your screen then. Distance is nature's anti-aliasing. :p

I have a 7800GTX that can run everything on high at 1600X1200 (maybe AA was only 2X instead of 4X) but it overheats after about an hour of the game; I don't have any fancy cooling for my rig just the standard fans and heatsinks.

You should see all low then. The frags' 3rd person model is a rectagle. Also the textures are horrible.

some folks prefer performance over quality. i guess if you like the ground looking pretty when your dead from a higher performing framerate is cool. then by all means go ahead. imagine if many of you running on high setting would tone it down a notch. how well your framerates would handle in all situations.

in all situations...thats the important part.
