Operation Snowflake Ribbon (I don't seem to get it)

Ok so the Operation Snowflake Ribbon which is the Hachimoto ribbon I can't get. I've done more than 40 kills with it and I've done 5 kills in a round at least 3 times but it still doesn't come out. Why? It's the last NS award I need. Help plz!

It needs to be ROADKILLS, not just kills. When you're thinking about shooting infantry, just run over 'em instead. When you run over 5 then you'll get it.

Yea It clearly says
• IASR: 5 Roadkills With Hover FAV
• Global: 40 Kills With Hover FAV

IASR in case you don't know is In a Single Round.

lol, i did know about IASR

It dusn't say roadkills for me cause i have it in spanish so it says sumin else which i clearly didn't seem to get

This is just a prime example of EA/DICE incompetence.
