hey by any chance what do you use to record your videos, cuz fraps i know makes it laggy "sometimes" unless you record to external hard-drive.?????

I run fraps full version 2.8.2 and I edited the Video with Vegas 6 and I have a 200gig external HDDrive from Maxtor which helps reduce the lag.
