Cannot See Dedicated LAN Server

Hello,
I've set up a dedicated LAN Server on my machine, and when I go in-game on a different machine, I cannot see the server listed as a local server. I can only get to the server if I connect directly by IP. The problem is, I need to be online in order to connect by IP, but I'm needing to connect offline.

Create a Local Server through the game,

You dont need to setup a dedicated server for offline play,

Ok, I'll try that. The reason I was trying to use a dedicated server, is to take some of the load off of the machine I'm playing on. So, if you can help me figure out why the clients can't see the dedicated server, I'd great appreciate it.

EDIT: I guess that creating a listen server in-game won't even show up under local games anymore. Seems like it used to work. Actually, I don't think it has worked since the 1.25 patch, for me at least.
