Cant play NS!

For some reason I cant play in Northern Strike server nor can I unlock the unlocks. When I try to join a NS server it gives me this:



I have both BF2142 & NS under my EA Link account. I have no idea why I cant play NS, It says NS is installed in EA Link.

I have already tried alot of install procedures like:

BF2142
Patch 1.20
NS
Patch 1.25

and

BF2142
Patch 1.25
NS


Can anyone help me get NS working?

I am not sure if this is your problem, but NS will only work with one specific soldier on your account, have you configured that correctly?

You can find it in EA link under My Account->Downloads Info->Battlefield 2 Account Name.

And the best way to install is:
BF2142
Newest patch
NS
Newest patch

You don't need to apply 1.20, NS just requires that BF2142 has been patched to 1.20 or better

Why would my BF2 name matter at all? Just wondering. Also, I have tried that also. Any other suggestions?
