I do see you track your enemies efficiently, but how do those red names appear?

Meaning, I know they DO, but is there a trigger? Like you point your crosshair on them for some time and their name comes up?

If you aim on the, you see the names. Is hard to get it when there is no crosshair like when you have knife or active camouflage.

He was statspadding with throwing EMP Grenades on enemy Commander stuff alternating, so he got many team points with this. After I knifed him there 3 times, I said :

"Hey pickle_power, World Rank 9 and too poor and childish, that you need to push your points with EMP grenades".

He said : "Yeah ;-)"
