Help needed getting the last 3 unlocks

I'm not really sure why I can't get the last 3, but it would be nice to have them.
I need the Extra PK, extra camo, and the sniper decoy.
I can get them easy enough as a temp upgrade, But I'll be damned if I know why I can't permanently unlock them.

Hmm not sure what's going on with that. My only advice is if you got one of the NS unlock awards or got promoted recently to give the stats server some time, but thats just the standard reply for these types of things.

i thought the NS unlocks had requirements for each one?

Yes but his stats say he has all of the NS awards which combined with the rank of general should finish off all of the unlocks.

I checked the link, and it says you don't have Gold Vehicle Excellence Badge or Operation Snowflake Ribbon or Transporter Duty Ribbon. Don't those awards grant unlocks? If so, maybe it is just an update thing.

What a coincidence, those are the 3 last unlocks i had to get. I got them today, i needed to get 9 kills with a NS vehicle. After a round of whoring the goliath, SUCCESS
