My PC crashed while playing 2142 and when I rebooted it there was a microsoft error report saying the system had recovered from as serious error ;it basically identifeid product 768_1 does anyone know what this means??

I have had 2142 crash on me with serious windows error, but it is very rare for me. I believe it may have something to do with the graphics card malfunctioning or something to that regard. (It was for my crash anyway.)
If it happens quite often something is very wrong, if it only happens on the rarest of occasions, then its ok.

have you tried running memtest? or go to your control panel>administrative tools>event viewer and check for errors in the system section.Comment
