BF2142 appears to run fine upon startup. Recently started getting odd crashes while loading in-between boards. 2142 always ran fine under XP on my old system and [I]was[I] running fine on my new system (w/ Vista) until this week.
I'm getting the following error message:

"MEM.DLL: All alloc attempts failed for size XXXXXX"

Where XXXXXXX is a varying 6-7 digit number.

Anybody experience this or have a solution? No way will I download a canned dll/reg fixer.

VISTA home-premium 32x
XFX Nvidia SLI 680i LT Mobo
E6700 C2D CPU
4gb Nvidia SLI 800mhz RAM
eVGA 8800 GTS SC
Samsung Syncmaster 206BW
ANTEC 900 Case

You need to enable large memory addressing on the game exe i had to do the same with my pc.
