are u refering to the 100% on the screenshot? If so, it's not an assualt riffle, it's the Pilum AV. It's still weird though because it does read 100% but no kills. Maybe didn't take em out in 1 shot?
He could have fired it only once in the whole round, and when he hitted the target but didn't kill him. Then it's shown 100% accuracy.
surprising EA never fixed this glitch eh? But then again the rubber knife glitch, rubber bullet, and every other impact problem never got fixed so go figure! Rant over

Yeah "rubber knife" is just hit detection that never registered the hit. Find an empty server and knife people directly on their armor if you want to test it. You'll kill them each and every time if they're not moving but if they're jumping about you'll invariably get some hit sounds and that is just an unfortunate bug in the game.
