Legitimate Rank up to private? Hah

I've only just considered this but i'll never be able to see myself rank up to private ingame unless i buy a new copy of 2142 and make a new account.

I get a free promotion for every soldier i create, which will rank me to private before i even play a round.

Shame really, as i'd like to rank up to private someday.

BTW, kinda off topic but how do you do that laughing thing when someone dies..i still don't know what to do.

laughing thing??? yeh suppose to be bf2 but i never found out how to do it....i dont think they acutally ever implemented it.......who knows :S

i was never ranked up to private either.......due to getting unlock for veteran thing.... nor will i get to use the stock scar 11. due to my bofors - but i aint complaining cos i love it......especially in the 1.40 beta. scar and krylov are now equal in killing power

Taunts were supposed to be part of 2142, but they dropped off the face of the planet. Kind of like the medic-sniper combo that was so frequently mentioned before launch.
