Sound problems

Hey guys

Just need to ask, im running on a Soundblaster Hi-fi Xtreme music card and when there are alot of noises going on in-game like explosions, gunfire etc, the sound gets very fuzzy and kinda crackly, this happens especially when the titan is exploding as there are alot of noises going on at once.

Any ideas would be great

im assuming u mean the x-fi card. u got dl the latest patch frm creative? although its actually a yr old, but its newer than the one frm the cd. wat mode do u put it on? game mode? and u let it auto detect headphones or jus set ur own output? and wat settings do u put ingame? xfi and high?

Yea its on Gamemode and in game its set to X-fi and high, i rarely use headphones and im pretty sure its not a speaker issue as i bought a new set thinking that was the cause and the problem carried over.

And for the record the fuzziness is heard on headphones as well
