The Slaughter House Server, A server to stay away from

I played in "The Slaughter House" server the other night, there was a player/admin Named "[TSH] Elsven". Every time I killed this person he got upset and claimed I was violating server rules(spawn camping). It boils down to this, I destroyed his gunship with a saaw over my cp, so he claimed I was spawn camping in my own CP(first screen shot). Every time I killed him he said I was spawn camping, even when I was on the opposite side of the map. Then I stole a tank from their uncap, ran out(no server rules against vehicle stealing), he then attacked me in his gunship, I spun around and with a Tank shot killed him, so he kicked me for spawn camping(second screen shot)

This Admin was kicking people left and right everytime they killed him, their excuse was always "spawn camping"

I went to their forums to discuss this, basically some of their members claim that if you kill any of their members within 288 meters of an uncap, thats spawn camping. I caught them in fabrication after fabrication. They ended up closing the post and banning me from thier forums. Oh well, one more server I won't be playing on, thankfully thier are hundred of other servers out there.

Thanks for the heads up. I just hate servers that have that stupid uncap and spawn camp rules. Ive played over 600 hrs and never really encountered a spawn camp problem. To me any clan server that has those rules, seem like they lack skill and arent up for a challenge.

how about skip the screenshots and the long explainations and just move on to another server?

its obvious that if an admin is acting this way many will not return or come to the server. let em find out that way.

lol. You're welcome to your opinion, but you couldn't be farther from the truth. In reality, the no uncap rules protect the average pub player from getting slaughtered by the clan that runs the server just as much, if not more, than the rule protects the clan running the server. It's more about keeping the server fun than lacking skill or shying away from a challenge.

I shot him down as he was firing at my team mates over our cp in while he was in a gunship.

Don't know what to tell you, I'm glad you had no problems, maybe he's no longer an admin, maybe he was having a bad day. Either way, I watched over a dozen players get kicked falsely for "spawn camping" and I was kicked falsely, they handled it very childishley, and I do not wich to be there when they have another bad day!

thats y i find public servers better. clan servers usually have admins that think they deserve king treatment becos they paid for the server.

i know some might argue that public servers have lesser admining but public servers normally have a forum with reasonable handpicked admins who will address any offenders if u have ss or others prove.
