Can someone explain the difference between your commander score at the end of the round, and your commander bonus score? I know kills either from orbital strikes or you make yourself count towards your commander score, but does anything else? And what do you get commander bonus score for? I have no clue, and some rounds I will assign orders to every squad and get none, and other times I will assign orders and the things roll in faster then the messages at the bottom of the screen can keep up. Anyone know whats going on here (I would rather facts then speculation, as I can do that)

The commander score is global points and it is calculated from the avg. score of your team mates. The commander bonus score is only career points. I am not 100% sure what triggers commander bonus score, but I always seem to get them when I am using my commander asset tools to help my team. -

Whenever a squad takes a silo/flag that you have asked them to take you'll get +1 commander bonus the SL will get +1 success point and so does the SM.
With regards to commander bonus generally I think if you spot someone and someone kills him you'll get a bonus similar to BF2 but the text doesn't always appear on screen. I'm only going by commanding on titan as I don't really play conquest.
