34, and I remember when my parents brought home an Intellivision. Then it got really cool when they bought a Tandy1000 computer. I used to play Wizardry:Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord, (came out in 1981) and F-15 Strike Eagle, (came out in 1985 and check out the cool screen shot) for hours. The enemy planes and ground targets were triangles. I think I even have the old 5 1/4 in floppy disk's for them in a box somewhere.

We have a few guys in our clan that are over 50.

Heard of your servers, but the ping kick

What is it at? I mean, I live in Thailand, and wouldn't mind playing there (cos the game is about fun!).

            34 here.

            Atari/Pong... Boop... boop..boop.....boop.boop..boop.

Then somehow ended up with a playstation around 25 or so. Played Resident Evil til' 3 in the morning trying to get past the last guy - just to find out there's another one on the train. I then ripped the sucker out of the wall, stuffed it in a box and put it in the closet, haven't seen the play station since.

Then it was Battlefield 1942, came with the computer but I had dial-up at the time. So it was just single player for me.

Took that same computer to the store to get it fixed. They had 2142 on one of thier demos that you could play while you wait. Ended up walking out with a nVida 7600gs video card, up-graded the memory (1.5g now), ordered my X-fi sound card (love the sound card !) and was soon on my way to some very unproductive late nites. (ahem... Now I remember why I stopped playing games)

                        Lmao, quoted for truth.

I honestly prefer playing with people above the age of 25, atleast they have common sense and don't throw racial slurs at me every five minutes. I wish more mature gamers were playing this game.

Yes, that's the kind of thing that puts our computer games into perspective! My wife being diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago and undergoing major surgery certainly brought that home to me!

Had to get in on this. 49 here and I do remember Pong. Wow that seemed amazing as a kid. Started out with Doom and only recently turned to online gaming. My stats prove that.
