What is your sensitivity set at for your soldier? Not vehicle or aircraft sensitivity, but sensitivity for infantry?

I have a Razor Diamondback had it for the past 2 years, it's an extremely sensitive mouse, got windows mouse setting to low and same with the mouse drivers.. i have .2 in game.

This does not tell much because there are many other variables to be taken into account.

Btw: If anyone would care, I have a G5 at 2000dpi on an IceMat with windows default sensitivity, 0.6 in-game.

DPI of your mouse, sensitivity in windows, mouse accel, stuff like that

There is none, but one thing you really want to keep off is mouse accel, in windows or setpoint if you have it

CopperHead Software = 3.5 On-The-Fly, at 2000DPi with a 1000Hz Polling Rate.

I did not change mine in game, i just use my mouse to change on the fly. The only time i change it is when i am sniping.
