yo how come i didn't rank up

Right now as i type this thread i have 2000 points collected by badges on my account, i still haven't ranked up from brig general to major general. my k/d ratio is 2 for sure.

Actually, the requirements needed to rank up are unknown. However, you need global points such as killing, and healing and such to rank up. Alright yo?
