Vent keep crashing

Vent keep crashing, and it only happens when im playing bf2142, sometimes i can play the whole day witout it happens and sometimes(like today) it crashed 3 times in about 2 hours, but the worst part is that when it happens, i go back to desktop, and when i maximize the game again, my HUD and crosshair is gone, so i need the restart my comp to fix it

any idea how i can fix it?
