They haven't statwiped anyone who has been statpadding on K/P servers, so why would they statwipe someone who hasn't? And even if one day they decide to statwipe everone who's ever been to one, I'll be done with 2142 by then (as I'm probably gonna stop after Medal of Honor: Airborne comes out).

Back to topic, Kain does get in the boxes tho, cause one time I was playing and he was in there, but SS dont show. Also after 5 mins of people typing of him being in there he got out. This was weeks ago tho. Around late may on his server. We know his buddies cheat and run hacks, so why would he not anymore?

What kind of nonsense is this? Go read the recent rules of combat on the ea site and tell me how your statement that k/p is not illegal is true.

playing by the rules(using knifes and pistols only) on a k-n-p server is against the rules, not being on one. so raiding k-n-p servers are technically not against the rules since you are not using a restricted kit, although this is something of a grey area. i wouldn't worry about it too much though.

You can't tell someone "raiding" from someone who is not. Therefore, it would only be reasonable to use the same punishment for anyone caught on a k/p server

actually those players who are getting kills from anything but 'the restricted kit' would be a fairly good way to tell. i am sure EA can check these stats any time they wish.
