Ok, I do have NS installed, I played it for a dozen or so hours. Didn't like it to much, But I unlocked several things from the NS unlock section is that why I can't unlock some of the regular items from 2142.

So do I have to play some more NS to get the rest of the unlocks?

without ns, u get 40 unlock credits once u reach bg. wif ns u get 1 unlock credit for every ns award earned. u earned 2 ns awards so u have used all 42 unlock credits. u can use ur unlock credits on Both regular n ns unlocks.
solution? play more ns, get the rest of the awards and u will get more unlock credits to unlock the rest of ur stuff.
