hmm, n i thought it was jus the server i was connecting to that had problems. seems its nt jus me... mus be some leftovers of tuesday's maintenance. haha

I finally got rid of the stupid revert to correct version error.
1. Uninstall 2142 (remove profiles, server prefs,...)
2. Del Temp Files
(run the Set command from a command window to find the location of
your temp files)
Look for the statement TEMP=c:\temp and TMP=c:\temp
Use Windows explorer to delete everything in that folder.
3. Disable Network Adapter from the control panel.
4. Disable Anti-Virus (the reason for disable network adapter)
5. Install 2142
6. Install official version of the 2142 update version 1.25
7. Wait a few minutes for the O/S to unload resources, Reboot.
(your network connection and antivirus should start automatically)Comment
