After a few days of searching, I still can't find the answer to a rather important question. I much prefer the Source models to the 1.6 ones. However, some people claim it's illegal - a lot of people, actually.
So, my question is - Is it illegal to use models from Counter-Strike: Source, converted to 1.6? Will I get banned from Steam? They do work, and they seem to be directly ripped from the game, so they don't seem to be tampered with. I remember Zbots being illegal, and since that sounded silly but true, I figured this would be too. So, just curious.
