casey cal configs worth it ?

Yeah i was just wondering i don't have my system specs right now sorry but im having a top notch gaming rig built. I have a top notch nvidia evga card and alot of ram with vista 64bit edition. Basically the computer is real powerful. Just wondering if it's still worth puting in caseys cal config and stuff like that. I figure the pc is powerfull enough to get alot of fps or should i still use casey cal config? And with that said is it wise for me to put in custom map skins and weapon and player skins or will that tax my computer graphics?
And just one more thing. I know my pc will get alot more the 100 fps. With counterstrike source does that matter once its above 100 because i need to know if i use casey cal config if i should leave it on fps_max "101" or just take it off

Your fps should never be above your monitor frequency display (or refresh rate).
If you have a 100Hz monitor, cap your fps at 100.
If your fps is higher than the refresh rate, it starts producing tearing and isn't giving you any advantage.
