Hello! - Me again!

I wanted to install JHLMV on my notebook. Before I had to re-install my Windows after a Virus problem, JHLMV worked fine and served me very well.

Today I tried to install JHLMV again. I followed the install menue and there were no error-reports. But when I start up JHLMV Windows tells me that I have to reinstall because there is a configuration error.

I even downloaded it from other web locations but it is always the same.
Whats going wrong?
