    Video troubles.

When ever I try to run CS: source I get an error message that says my video hardware dose not meet the minimum system requirements for the game. I can still run the game, but 2/3 of the time I experince so much lag that playing is impossible. I got a Compaq presario 3045us that runs an sis m650 video card, this computer also runs Directx 9. I know that the 650 series isen't compatible with anything above directx 7, but I allready installed the most recent driver that patches that problem, I allready ran a dxdiag and it found no problems, all the trouble shooting I've been trying to do can't find anything wrong yet the error message still appears. Any ideas?

It simply comes down to your graphics hardware being woefully inadequate for the task. Far more modern and powerful Intel integrated chipsets won't run the game, you are dreaming by trying to run it on that. This is why CS 1.6 exists still (partly), the hardware requirements are low - install that instead.
