Can't join my favorite server

Okay, I just got a new laptop from HP. And so I reinstalled CS:S. But when I try and enter my favorite server's IP in my favorites list (in cs) it can't find it (boe.xmission.com:27015). When I exit the game and look on my server list from the steam button, it's right there! But when I try to join the server, Steam refers me to the page to buy CS.
I don't understand why this is happening...I can join a lot of other servers, just not this one. Any ideas?

If it refers you to the page to buy cs, well, that means exactly that. You need to have cs on the account you're using. Either buy the retail game (hl2) or add your cs cdkey to your account.
